At Gopal Phone Store, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order in certain situations. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled.

By placing an order on gopi.buzz, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible using the contact details provided at the end of this policy.

Please include:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Registered Mobile Number

  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. Requests are processed based on the current status of the order.


2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

An order may not be eligible for cancellation if:

  • The order has already been packed and handed over to the courier partner.

  • The shipment is already in transit.

  • The product has been delivered.

  • The cancellation request is received after dispatch.

In such cases, the customer may refer to our Refund & Return Policy, where applicable.


3. Cancellation by Gopal Phone Store

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Pricing or listing errors.

  • Incorrect product information.

  • Delivery location is not serviceable.

  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Duplicate or suspicious orders.

  • Incomplete or inaccurate customer information.

  • Operational or technical issues beyond our control.

Where applicable, the customer will be informed of the cancellation as soon as reasonably possible.


4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers are requested to place orders only if they genuinely intend to accept delivery.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders or misuse of the COD facility may result in restrictions on future orders.

  • We reserve the right to require alternative payment methods or decline future COD orders where misuse is reasonably suspected.


5. Cancellation Charges

As of the effective date of this policy:

  • No cancellation fee is charged for eligible orders cancelled before dispatch.

However, we reserve the right to introduce reasonable cancellation charges in the future where permitted by applicable law. Any such changes will be reflected in an updated version of this policy.


6. Changes to Shipping Address

If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a change to the shipping address.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee that address changes will be possible once order processing has begun.


7. Refund After Cancellation

If an eligible order is cancelled before dispatch and any payment has been received (for future payment methods), the refund will generally be processed using the original payment method or another appropriate method, subject to applicable laws and payment provider requirements.

As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD), this section will mainly apply if additional payment methods are introduced in the future.


8. Abuse of Cancellation Policy

To maintain a fair shopping environment, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict services where there is evidence of:

  • Repeated order cancellations intended to misuse promotions or inventory.

  • Fraudulent or abusive purchasing behaviour.

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Activities that adversely affect our operations or other customers.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to consumers under applicable law.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, operational requirements, or legal obligations.

Any revised version will be published on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.
