1. Return Eligibility

You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a product that is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect (subject to verification).

  • The product is missing accessories or essential components mentioned in the product listing.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Conditions for a Valid Return

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be unused (except where inspection is necessary to identify a manufacturing defect).

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and invoices must be included.

  • The product must not show signs of physical damage caused after delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or replacement.


3. Products That Are Not Eligible for Return

Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect model or colour selected by the customer.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, liquid exposure, impact, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Products with missing accessories, manuals, labels, or original packaging.

  • Products returned without prior approval from our support team.

Nothing in this section limits any rights that consumers may have under applicable law.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share:

    • Your Order ID.

    • Clear photos of the product.

    • Photos of the outer packaging.

    • An unboxing video (if available, as it helps us verify transit issues more quickly).

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Failure to report damage within the specified time may affect our ability to process the claim.


5. Manufacturing Defects

If a product develops a manufacturing defect after delivery, it may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable).

In such cases:

  • The product may need to be inspected by an authorized service centre.

  • The manufacturer's warranty terms will apply.

  • Gopal Phone Store may assist in coordinating the process where reasonably possible but is not the warranty provider unless expressly stated.


6. Replacement Policy

Where a replacement is approved:

  • We will arrange shipment of the replacement product, subject to stock availability.

  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent product, store credit, or a refund, depending on the circumstances.


7. Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated only after:

  • The returned product has been received (where applicable).

  • Our inspection confirms that the return meets the eligibility requirements.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will normally be issued via bank transfer or UPI, using the account details provided by the customer.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on banking systems.


8. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because:

  • The wrong product was delivered,

  • The product arrived damaged, or

  • The issue was due to our error,

the return shipping cost will generally be borne by Gopal Phone Store.

If a return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges, where permitted.


9. Order Refusal

If a customer refuses delivery of a valid order without a legitimate reason, or repeatedly places COD orders that are not accepted, we reserve the right to restrict or refuse future orders.


10. Fraud Prevention

To protect customers and our business, we reserve the right to reject any return or refund request where there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity,

  • Abuse of the return process,

  • Submission of false information,

  • Product tampering,

  • Return of a different product than the one supplied.
